Yokohama Station is constantly rebuilding itself, and over 200 years have passed since it began spreading across Japan.

With 99% of the main island now covered by Yokohama Station, humanity has been divided: those who live inside the Station, controlled by Suica implants in their brains—and those who live outside of it.

One day, a man exiled from the Station gives Hiroto, a citizen without a Suica, a mysterious “18 Ticket.” Hiroto is now tasked with infiltrating the Station.
