Meanwhile, three young people die horribly deformed in a movie theater at the hands of Mahito, while Junpei, an ordinary boy, witnesses it. Itadori and Nanami, a first-grade sorcerer, investigate the case, and the trail leads them to Mahito and Junpei, who begins to manifest cursed energy.
