Dragon Ball Super #22

Goku and Vegeta find themselves in a place where they can’t move—until Vegeta realizes that by raising his ki without letting it overflow, he can regain control of his body. Goku follows his lead and manages to move as well.

Meanwhile, Gohan and Ginyu exchange blows, but Gohan struggles to unleash his true power since he hasn't been training. As a result, he transforms into a Super Saiyan.
