Tanjiro and Inosuke continue their battle against the father spider demon, but they are no match for him. The two get separated, and Inosuke is left to face the demon alone—until Giyu arrives just in time to save him.

Meanwhile, Tanjiro falls into the lair of Rui, the leader of the spider demon family. Nezuko emerges from the box to protect Tanjiro, and Rui, obsessed with their sibling bond, tries to kill Tanjiro in order to claim Nezuko as his own sister.

At the same time, Zenitsu remains bedridden, suffering from the effects of the spider venom...
