Thinking of Casca’s safety, Guts sets out for Elfhelm, the peaceful homeland of Puck. Along the way, he reunites with Isidro, Farnese, and Serpico, and Guts accepts them as companions. In the Spirit Tree Forest, they meet the young witch Schierke, and in the city of Vritannis, they board a ship commanded by Roderick from the maritime nation of Ys, which will take them to Elfhelm, hidden deep within the ocean.

However, now that Griffith has opened a new world, demons that once existed only in imagination begin to appear in the real world. After defeating the "Sea God", which had nested on a remote island—thanks in part to the help of the mermaids—they finally reach Elfhelm.

There, they meet Danan, the “Queen of the Flower Storm,” who knows how to restore the mind. Schierke and Farnese dive deep into Casca’s psyche, gradually approaching the root of her madness while fighting off demons along the way!
